Meet Our Owner

Alfredo Ortiz has been in the plumbing trade for over 30 years!

He began his plumbing journey at 18 while still in high school and quickly discovered his passion for the craft.

Starting with New Construction plumbing in valley track homes, Alfredo swiftly mastered the installation of gas, water, and waste systems from beginning to end.

As he progressed in his training, Alfredo took on more demanding roles. Joining the union (local 393/San José, CA), he gained expertise in Commercial Plumbing and Underground work.

As a union craftsman, he contributed to several prestigious projects, including the Apple project in Cupertino and the Google Campus in Sunnyvale.

Despite his satisfaction with union work, Alfredo dreamed of owning his own business. In 2018, he took the plunge, and Ortiz Plumbing Drain Cleaning was born.

As a small, family-owned operation, Alfredo prioritizes integrity over profit. He is committed to serving the community with pride and treating every customer like family.
